Goddard brought the action against Central Coast Nutraceuticals after receiving hundreds of complaints from his Arizona residents.

The total settlement sum is some $1,375,000. This split up between civil penalties ($1 million), customer restitution ($350,000) at the state’s legal costs ($25,000).
